Can I have my item delivered next day?
Yes, you can have your champagne gifts delivered next day, either to yourself or direct to the recipient. If you would like to organise next day delivery, please ring the office on 01775 640788 before placing your order to ensure we have the gifts in stock and we will take the extra payment of £4.50 over the phone. Please ensure you add a note when adding the delivery address details to advise us of the latest date we can get the gifts delivered.

Next Day Delivery for Engraved Gifts = Extra £5 How long is delivery?
We aim to get orders out as quickly as possible after payment has been received. Normally, gifts are dispatched within 2-5 working days of receipt and delivery takes a further day. As a guide, please allow 2-3 workings days for labelled bottle gifts and 2-7 working days for engraved gifts. We can arrange next day delivery, but this will incur an extra charge of £4.50 for bottle gifts and sets and £5 for engraved gifts per delivery address NOT per gift. How are your gifts sent?
We send our champagne gifts and engraved flutes via our couriers, Fed Ex UK or through the Royal Mail depending on the delivery address and size of the parcel. Bottles of champagne will normally be packaged in a cardboard box usually with a polystyrene tube to prevent the bottles from being damaged and then packed inside a Fed Ex Easi-Pak Bag.
Engraved Gifts are packaged depending on the item. Most will be inside a presentation gift box of some sort and then packed inside a jiffy bag or cardboard box for protection with bubble wrap and air bags to reduce the possibility of damage.
Other champagne gifts will also be packaged in a cardboard box for transit with bubble wrap and/or air bags. Where Do You Deliver?
We deliver only nationally currently, within the UK. Selected items under 2kg in weight can be delivered within the EU and other international addresses for an additional postage charge. Can my gift be delivered direct to the receiver?
Yes, but please ensure that you give us the full name and address including postcode plus a contact telephone number for the recipient should there be any problems with delivery.
In most cases, the package will need to be signed for, so if no one is at home a card will be left advising of attempted delivery. The parcel will attempt to be delivered one further time, should there still be no-one available to sign for the parcel, it will be taken back to the local FedEx UK depot and after 5 working days the parcel will be returned back to us. Re-delivery will incur an additional charge.
